When is enough enough?
When is punishment enough? When do will parents ever stop, Because I dont think that they know when enough is enough. They punish us tell the world will end, they enjoy it...... I really think that they,get kicks off of it.
I dont know, when they think that they have done enough to tell us that we did do something wrong and we need to learn a lesson. All they reallly need to do is ground of for a week and tell us that we were bad. But no they have to tear our lives apart, and make us feel like we are no better than dirt. So what do we do... We get all mad at them, and then they get mad at us for being mad at them, they say that we have bad attitudes, and then we just get more pissed off because we think that all they are trying to do is sabatage our life. And we are right... You know it is kind of a vicious circle. I dont know when it will ever stop. It just goes around and around. Parents have the power to stop it but they wont, they think that if the let us be ungrounded then they are giving in and that we will take advantage of them next time.. But I personally think that is not the case, I know that when I get grounded, ( which never happens) I learn my lesson really quick and that I wouldnt do that again. I just dont know if they know that becuase they think that we are just horible little people who were sent here to ruin their life. Oh well what can you do?
What do you do when your in that kind of situation? Alot of kids just get them selves in more troble because they start to sneek around, and then they get caught and that makes them in more troble, so here is my sloution to things.
What I do when I get into troble and I want to go and do something that I know that under the circumstances ( me being grounded) I wouldnt be able to do. I clean the whole house and leave my mom a really nice letter telling her how sorry I am and that I would never do it again. And then I suck up and tell her that I will check in every 2 hours and that I will be home right at 12:00 and not one minuet later, and then I show up about 10 mins early.. It works everytime.
Well just so all of you who have parents like I do... Try the RaeAnne Method and tell me what happens, you might have to nogochiate the cerfew with you parents, but you should always come home 10 mins earlier than when they told you. Just for brownie points...
